Structured PhD (Education): Intake for Programme Beginning September 2012

The Structured PhD programme is a four-year structured programme which is designed in line with best international practice in doctoral education and research. Classes are comprised of students from diverse backgrounds in education and related inter-disciplinary fields including sociology, psychology, history, and philosophy. A team of renowned academics delivers innovative master classes and international schools.

The programme involves coursework in research methods, core and optional discipline specific courses and generic skills and training. Modules are delivered during the week and weekends. There is periodic assessment and guidance to ensure completion of the PhD programme within a four year period. Guided by Professional Development Planning, you can organise your coursework and research activities over the course of your studies.
